Team

Design and create a prototype of  a game in collaboration with other designers.

Objective / Problem

I.C.U. is a game involving the fast paced matching of words from the card deck with images on the illustrated game boards.

Concept / Solution

Digital Illustration

The illustrations, for the game boards, were inspired by the original brainstorming session for the project with the key words being icky, creepy, and unsettling. The drawings were then scattered randomly on each board with care taken that every board showed a broad spectrum of imagery.

Process

Working within a group is challenging, but also fulfilling in the solutions that present themselves which might not have when working independently. Having multiple eyes looking at a projects allows for many diverse perspective to come forth.
